5th July : left Bishkek with musicians and fellow travelling companions. On the way to Tokmok we visited the 11th century Burana Tower. It is was an early central Asian minaret and is now on the tourist trail. Then to Tokmok to perform a concert at the House of Culture, mainly for special needs children and their families. It was our first collaboration with the wonderful Jusup and Zalina. The PA was awful. The director of the House of culture was really happy that we performed. Travelled on to Tocor Yurt village on the south shore of Issyk-Kul.
