WuXing composed by Beibei Wang

“WuXing is inspired by the Five Elements of Chinese philosophy: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth. The five elements that come together in different ways to create the whole universe. It got me thinking about traditional culture and using it in modern music, but it also reminds me of why music making has always been so special to me. It’s all about different people with radically different backgrounds and experiences coming together to engage with each other and create!
This is a second time performing since the premiere at LSO St Luke’s with @tangramsound”
