They immerse the receiver in a deep ocean of resonating sounds enabling the mind to free itself of thoughts, the body of tensions, taking you on a journey from the subtlest strokes of the gong to an orchestra of symphonic proportions.
Sacred Sound Journeys feature the meditative vibrations of Michael and Candida’s unique collection of Tibetan/Himalayan Singing Bowls with Symphonic Gongs, Overtone and Undertone Singing, Native Amercian Flutes, Shaman Drums and other sacred sound instruments. Open to anyone who wishes to embrace their inner and outer resonance. The sessions can incorporate moving Qigong & a 15 minute Yoga Nidra.
Michael Ormiston & Candida Valentino are one of the UK’s most experienced sacred sound practitioners leading gong baths, sound journeys and sonic meditations for the past 25 years.
They run small intimate sessions from 2 to 5 people at their Sonic Retreat Centre and larger bespoke sessions can be arranged.
