Learn & practice some continuous Qigong movements, 18 Shibashi, 8 Brocades and some animal frolics to my playlist.
Once learnt you can just let your Qi flow with the music and come to understand how each of the movements work in your body and how they relate to different organs.
We will always start with joint warm ups and end with a warm down, and some stillness.
