Symphonic Gong Sound Meditation Journey with Singing Bowls and more

Gong and Singing bowl Sound baths envelope you in the warmth of their full spectrum frequencies which have been embodied within their
crystalline metallic structure. The sounds they produce can support the receiver to relax and let go. As the deep ocean of resonating sounds
enable the mind to free itself of thoughts, the body free itself of tensions, the recipients can go on a journey as the waves of sound
support transformation and stuck energy and can bring us to potential balance and alignment.
You will have an opportunity to prepare to relax the body with a Yoga Nidra and a little bit of Qigong movement beforehand.
Please bring your own mats, blankets and pillow so you can comfortably lie on the floor for 75 minutes or so. Hot tea available at the end.
