I first met Gereltsogt in 1992 in London. He was the khöömiich for the Tumen Ekh Ensemble who were invited by the Tibet Foundation. He is the brother of Ganbold. It was Gereltsogt who began to enlighten me about the pressure used and position of the voice for Mongolain khöömii singing and helped me in 1993 when I visited Mongolia for the first time. Gereltsogt performed with my group Nada when we toured Mongolia in 1994 where he travelled with us to his birthplace Chandman Sum.
